Amelie, my wonderful place of employment, hosted a Virgin, Saints and Angels trunk show this weekend and it was nothing short of fabulous...so many beautiful pieces in one place was almost too much to handle!

Mondays are the Worst

actually, they aren't so bad. mainly because 80% of the time I don't know what day it is. but i try and cure serious cases of the Mondays with lazy dresses that look cute...like this wonderful Marc Jacobs dress i found while sifting through The Giving Tree- ohhh, how i miss Omaha!

Jenny and Johnny 6/11/11

i saw jenny and johnny for the first time this year at coachella- so wonderful. i've loved both of them as individual artists for quite some time, and their cd 'i'm having fun now' is nothing short of magical. i'm so glad i got the chance to see them again, this time at the Music Box in LA. this was the first time i got to play with my new camera at a concert, and it was def more difficult than i thought it would be- however i think that these shots turned out pretty well? enjoy!

Summer Florals

wow i've been out of it for awhile, sorry! Just got a new camera today, so I thought what better way to inaugurate it than with a blog post? I can already tell that this is going to be one of my favourite summer dresses- the floral pattern is so cute and it twirls beautifully! p.s. thoughts on me wearing this to meet my boyfriend's parents for the first time?
